Four men won’t ever gamble in Iowa again. The four men fromOhio and Florida have pleaded guilty to cheating at card games on a Clintonriverboat. They have been banned from gambling in Iowa for life. Three ofthe four men also face similar charges in Dubuque and Davenport.
