The stepfather and brother of a Council Bluffs woman found dead in her carin January plan to hit the streets Friday looking for information to helpsolve the crime. Les Kennedy is the stepfather of Kimberly Ratliff. He saysthe family is offering a 10-thousand dollar reward for information. He plansto re-trace Ratliff’s steps on the fatal evening she died.Kennedy also has a sign mounted on a truck that asks for information andoffers the reward. Kennedy says there is still not enough information forpolice to make an arrest, but he has hopes they will find something.The 22-year old Ratliff was found in her car in Council Bluffs with herthroat cut.
