The Sioux City Salvation Army is sending its emergency response vehicle toKosovo. Program director Sonny Kellen says he will first drive the vehicleto Omaha, then it will go to Chicago where it will be airlifted to Kosovo.Kellen will not stay with the vehicle as it moves on to Kosovo.Kellen says the vehicle will not be returned to Sioux City or the UnitedStates. He says they will eventually get a replacement.
