The double murder trial of a Tama man was supposed to get underway Monday,but has been delayed. David Tomlinson Junior is accused of shooting his father and sister todeath on May 22nd of last year. The court has ruled that he must undergo amental competenacy test before the trial can get underway. A competencyhearing is set for May 20th to get the results of the test.
