Harkin calls for farm bill to move forward

Iowa Senator Tom Harkin joined his democrat counterparts Tuesday inWashington to call for immediate action on a supplemental appropriationsbill that would give emergency assistance to farmers.Harkin says the bill should have been on the agenda after the Easter break.Harkin says farmers are getting in the fields to plant and need the money.
