I-Cubs prepare for Village People

Plenty of tickets remain for the ballgame and concert tomorrow night at SecTaylor stadium. The Iowa Cubs will host Albuquerque tomorrow as part of 70’snight which will feature a postgame concert by the “Village People”. Cubsspokesman Brett Dolan says so far a little more than six-thousand ticketshave been sold.Dolan says the Cubs are not alone in offering the 70’s night promotion. Hesays a couple of major league clubs also have had the Village People play.Dolan says they try to start the concert right after the game ends.
