ISU outfielder earns all-american status

An Iowa State baseball player is pulling in more honors. Junior outfielder Aaron Runk was named honorable mention all-american by thecollegiate baseball writers association. Runk won the honor despite havinghis season cut three weeks short by an injury. Cylcone coach Lyle Smith saysRunk had the numbers befitting an all-american.Smith says Runk bypassed the major league draft to get his degree.
