Presidential hopeful Gary Bauer says George W. Bush is an “unusualfrontrunner” in the race for the Republican party’s presidential nominationbecause he’s been “unclear” about his stands on major issues. Bauer has been the leader of the Family Policy Council, a Washington,D-C-based lobbying group for conservatives.
