It is a busy time of the year at the Iowa Games office in Ames aspreparations for next month’s summer sports festival are in high gear.Executive Director Jim Halliahn says two more sports face entry deadlinesthis week. Thursday is the deadline to enter for track and field and powertumbling and Hallihan says many of the entries are coming in under the wire.Hallihan says the next big deadline is June 28th when a number of sports areinvolved, including under-19 and senior soccer.
