Waverly-Shell Rock high school coach Randy Schneider has been named the newsoftball coach at Wartburg College. He replaces Robin Baker who resigned totake a teaching position at Nevada High School.Schneider is no stranger to the program having spent two years as anassistant coach and has also been involved in the Wartburg football andbaseball programs. Schneider says it will be a challenge to coach in the Iowa Conference.
