With the record attendance for the U-S Senior Open in the books, talk hasturned to hosting another major golf tournament in the Des Moines area. Senior Open Championship director Jeff Mason says the over 250-thousandpeople who attended the event showed another tourney is possible.Mason says the Des Moines Golf and Country club could be the host site foranother tourney.There has been talk about another senior PGA event or a women’s tournament.
