The Northern Iowa basketball team will open next season in St.Louis as partof the Earth Grains Classic. The Panthers will play Alabama on November 13thand take on Air Force on the 14th. The tournament also includes St.LouisUniversity. U-N-I coach Sam Weaver says it will be an exicting way to startthe season against a solid Alabama team and an improving Air Force teamunder coach Reggie Minton.Weaver says it is an honor for U-N-I to be part of the field.
