University of Northern Iowa strength and conditioning coach Jim Kramer hasbeen named the national coach of the year by the strength and conditioningcoaches association. Kramer says the award is an honor for the entireprogram.Kramer has been on the U-N-I staff since 1997 and says the program has comea long way.Kramer says strength and conditioning is more than just lifting weights.
