The state’s nine riverboat casinos took in over half a (B)-billion dollars inthe last fiscal year. The 513-million dollars collected in the fiscal year that ended June 30th isa nearly 45-million dollar increase over the last fiscal year. The largestincrease in gross revenue came from the Harvey’s riverboat in CouncilBluffs. Harvey’s upped its take by nearly 14-million dollars to over107-million dollars. The Lady Luck in Bettendorf took in an additional11-million and the Ameristar in Council Bluffs increased revenue by10-million dollars. Four other boats saw an increase of one-million dollarsor more — the President in Davenport at five-point-seven million, the Bellof Sioux City at three-point-seven million, the Diamond Jo in Dubuque attwo-point-five million and the Catfish Bend in southeast Iowa atone-point-seven million dollars.
