A Manchester man is circulating petitions asking that a Manchester policemanbe fired. 41-year-old Robert Krogman want action against Officer Scott Knudsen afterKrogman’s son was arrested on allegedly unwarranted charges. The seniorKrogman was also arrested after coming to the police station and yellingthreats at the officer.
