A Davenport couple will be able to distribute “pro-pot” flyers at a streetfestival this weekend after winning a court battle.Jim & Melissa Gettman will be allowed to distribute “Bix Smokes” brochuresduring the weekend fest honoring local jazz great Bix Biederbecke, who theyallege smoked marijuana.
