The home is going to be built entirely by women.Vilsack says it is important to lend a helping hand to those in need.Vilsack says this house is not only part of the “Women’s Build” but also the”First Ladies Build”.Vilsack says many First Ladies have already seen the completion of a home intheir state. Vilsack says she DOES need to learn a thing or two about construction beforeshe starts pounding away. The First Lady’s Habitat for Humanitiy home is going to be a two-story,12-hundred square foot house on East 14th Street in Des Moines.
