Loras football coach Bob Biere gets ready to embark on his 20th season atthe school having built the program, literally, from the ground up. Bierewas hired in 1980 after the school decided to rejoin the ranks ofintercollegiate football.Under Biere Loras has become a consistent winner and joined the Iowaconference back in the 80’s though he admits the program came from humblebeginnings as six kids showed up to the first meeting.His 20th season begins on September fourth when Loras plays host to CoeCollege.
