A Milwaukee, Wisconsin man died in Waterloo this weekend after a powerboataccident on the Cedar River. Twenty-three year old Andrew Morgan’s boat collided with two other boatsparticipating in a 20-lap, closed-course race. He was taken to a Waterloohospital where he died from his injuries early Sunday. Other racesscheduled for Sunday were cancelled.
