Chris Klocke (CLUCK-ee), general managerof the Court Avenue Brewing Company, says the beer is made with thetraditional barley, malt, hops and genetically-altered soybeans. He hopes tocreate a new market for the Iowa-brewed suds. This is the first batch ofRising Sun Soy Beer and Klocke doesn’t expect the first 200 gallons to lastlong. The beer will make its official debut in a ceremony tonight at sixo’clock.
