The first of 15 town meetings to collect information about Iowa’s future washeld last night in Mason City, drawing more than 200 people. GovernorVilsack set up the “Iowa 2010 Project” which raised concerns about how thestate may look in a decade.David Oman of Des Moines is chairman of the 37-member strategic planningcouncil for the Iowa 2010 project.
