Two nine-year olds charged in attack on elderly woman

Charges have been filed against two nine-year-old Iowa City girls for anattack on an elderly woman this summer. Joy and Toy Watson are charged with second-degree robbery and assaultcausing injury. The two girls alledgedly attacked the woman with treebranches as she walked home from a grocery store. The unidentified womansuffered minor facial injuries. The two girls told police they had attackedthe woman the day before in a laundromat.
