The new Planned Parenthood clinic in Bettendorf is going to have some neighbors. An anti-abortion group, The Life & Family Coalition, plans to build a center across the street from the soon-to-open Planned Parenthood. Planned Parenthood will perform abortions at the clinic. The Life and Family Coaltion says it will emphasize alternatives to abortion. The group already has lined up crosses in its lot to signify the children killed by abortion.
