A Nebraska man made a pitch at a public meeting to build a 32-million dollar beef plant in Cass county. Cattle producer Ken Anderson says the plant will fill a market driven niche for an all-natural meat. Anderson was asked about the type of workforce the plant will attract. He said it would attract different ethnic groups.
