The Northern Iowa Panthers are 2-0 on the young basketball season after a 70-60 victory over Air Force on Sunday in the Earth Grains Classic in St. Louis. The Panthers built a nine-point lead at the half but coach Sam Weaver says they had a tough time putting Air Force away.Weaver says shutting down the Air Force perimeter game was the key to the victory.Robbie Sieverding had 27-points to lead U-N-I.
