Oklahoma officials have settled the controversial issue over where the unidentified remains of the Oklahoma City bombing victims will be buried. Oklahoma Department of Central Services spokesman Tom Hall says the burial will take place in an area with Iowa ties. The remains will be buried in the grove of trees donated by Iowans. The tree grove sits on the north end of the Oklahoma capitol complex. Hall says the remains will be buried in a special ceremony December the 11th.The state planning commission had to give special permission to allow the remains to be buried in the Iowa grove. The grove of 168 Linden trees was a memorial donated by Iowans to remember the victims who died in the bombing of the Federal Building.
