The Northern Iowa volleyball team will head to South Carolina and play Ball State in the opening round of the N-C-A-A tournament this week. At 28-0, the Panthers are the nation’s lone unbeaten team and were hoping to host the opening round of the tournament. Instead, Clemson with a 31-2 mark will host and will take on Indiana in the other first round match. U-N-I coach Iradge Ahrabi-Fahd says after a first round loss to Indiana last year, the Panthers are ready for the tournament.
