Drake ended a 38-game road losing streak last night, but it wasn’t easy. The Bulldogs surged to a 17 point lead over New York-Stony Brook and then held off a second half rally that cut the lead to four points before going on to win 64-57. Bulldog guard Matt Woodley says it was good to get the win despite several turnovers that led to the comeback.Drake held the Seawolves to just three points in the first ten minutes of the second half. Woodley says they played some tough defense.Drake is now 3-1 on the season.
