A Lehigh man is the fifth to be declared a sexually violent predator. Radio A Webster County Jury found last week that 43-year old Harold Williams is likely to engage in sexually violent predatory acts unless he remains locked up. Williams was convicted of violent sexual offenses with children on four different occassions in Hardin, Marshall, Cerro Gordo and Webster Counties. He was set to get out of prison in June of this year. Under the sexual predator law that took effect last year, Williams was moved Monday to a special unit at the Oakdale prison were he must receive treatment and annual evaluations to determine if he has become safe enough to release.
