Democrats in the legislature aren’t endorsing some of democrat Governor Tom Vilsack’s ideas. Governor Vilsack has proposed tax credits for professionals needed to fill jobs in the state, people like teachers and computer engineers. House Democrat Leader David Schrader, though, is skeptical of using the tax code to modify people’s behavior.
