One legislative leader believes there’s a “glimmer of hope” for Iowans who want new restrictions for large-scale hog operations. Schrader expects this latest skirmish over large-scale hog operations to be settled in the courts rather than the legislature. Schrader made his comments on Iowa Public Television.
