Last Wednesday’s shut-down at the state’s only nuclear power plant is being blamed on humans, not computers. Officials at the Duane Arnold Nuclear Plant near Palo says some technicians working inside the plant turned off a steam valve, but forgot to turn it back on to pressurize the system. The plant is expected to be back in operation later this week, after testing and inspections are completed.Brent Weithorn, KMCH, Manchester
