A 58-year-old railroad yardmaster from eastern Iowa says he won’t return to work after winning a 31-point-eight million dollar Powerball jackpot Saturday night. Larry Hasken of Sabula finished his shift with the Union Pacific railroad Sunday and says he doesn’t plan on going back. Hasken says he will split the money with his wife and three children.Hasken says he’ll fix his roof and maybe buy a Cadillac, but doesn’t have any other plans.Saubla is a town of 700 located between Dubuque and Clinton on the eastern border of Iowa. Haskens says the phone has been ringing off the hook since he announced that he won and he’s having it disconnected.
