Northeastern Iowa authorities have made an arrest in a weekend slaying. 23-year-old Gerardo Gonzalez of Postville is charged in the Saturday shooting death of 23-year-old Francisco Costilla, also of Postville. Gonzalez is held under a half-million dollar bond.
