The republican front-runner is back in Iowa, starting his day with a speech at a Des Moines business. Texas Governor George Bush promised the crowd of 300 insurance company employees he’d pursue reforms to cut down on the number of “frivolous” lawsuits.Bush spent most of his speech outlining his tax cut plan.One of the Principal Financial employees asked Bush why he wasn’t talking about the problems which have occured during the Clinton Administration. Bush said he isn’t afraid to talk about them. He says he was embarrassed for the country by what Clinton did, but he says it’s time to get over it and move forward.Bush visits Indianola, Pella, Oskaloosa and Ottumwa today, too.
