A Waterloo woman is held on first-degree murder charges following the stabbing death of her husband early this morning. 39-year-old Bonnie Jean Wise is jailed. The victim’s name won’t be released until tomorrow. It’s the 2nd fatal stabbing in Waterloo in two weeks.
