Iowa college graduates who’ve moved to other states will soon get letters trying to lure them back.More than 215-thousand letters touting Iowa’s benefits are going to people who sought fortunes elsewhere after getting degrees from Iowa’s public, private & community colleges. Kay Snyder is team leader for the Iowa Human Resource Recruitment Consortium, which launched the direct-mail campaign.Snyder says the letters target people in a variety of fields, including: information technology, finance, engineering, business and life sciences.
