Man charged in Sioux City shooting death

Sioux City police have a charged man in a shooting death Thursday. 41-year old Owen Gagnon is charged with reckless use of a firearm in the death of 42-year old Victor Feese. Sioux City police detective Jim Clark says the charges against Gagnon could change.Police are asking for the public’s help in locating the gun involved in the shooting. They say the two men knew each other through a mutual friend, but aren’t releasing other details about how the shooting happened.
