The main roadway between Cedar Rapids & Waterloo is again open this morning after a truck with a dangerous cargo caught fire. Part of Interstate 380 was closed for several hours last night in Benton County after fire broke out in a semi-truck transporting hazardous chemicals to Wisconsin.
