Fort Dodge standoff ends

That police standoff in Fort Dodge is over. The man who kept police at bay overnight was carried away on a stretcher this morning. He’s identified as William Lockray and he’s reportedly charged with bank robbery. Lockray was holed up in the home of a woman who has a no-contact order out on him — but she’s out of town.
