The Iowa House of Representatives took time this morning to honor Des Moines’ minor league basketball team, which claimed its league championship this season. The Des Moines Dragons won the International Basketball Association playoff title. Fort Dodge republican Mike Cormack says the Dragons are a classy organization that also does things for people outside Des Moines.
