Drake University has named Emily Rottinghaus as its new head softball coach. Rottinghaus has been interim coach since last December when Megan Bryant was fired and says the move should bring some stability to the program. She says two recruits just signed.Rottinghaus had been the head coach at Grand View College in Des Moines before becoming an assistant at Drake and says getting to this level had been her goal.Rottinghaus was a division-three all american pitcher at Central College and has led Drake to a 20-21 mark so far this season.
