An Oelwein man has been sentenced to up to 25-years in prison for sexually abusing two three-year old girls at his wife’s daycare operation. 54-year old Dennis Folkers was found guilty of two counts of second degree sexual abuse in Fayette County District Court. Folkers was also ordered to pay a 15-hundred dollar fine, court costs and restitution.
