Iowa State hosts Northern Iowa tomorrow in a college baseball doubleheader. The Cyclones are coming off a three-game sweep of Kansas State over the weekend, their first conference sweep since back in 1994 and coach Lyle Smith hopes it will provide momentum for his team.Smith says improved defensive play has helped the pitching staff.Smith says like the series with Iowa, games against Northern Iowa carry more emotion than normal non-conference games.
