An Iowa State University fraternity has been honored by the Governor for its committment to a brother. Alpha Gamma Rho senior Matt Lichty was a newlywed on his way to a job interview when he was killed in a car accident three years ago. The I-S-U fraternity has adopted his wife and child, Tiffany and Caleb Lichty. A-G-R chapter president Matt Norman.says in addition to babysitting, the fraternity brothers also help Tiffany with home repairs and maintenance, and even shovel snow. Governor Vilsack declared Tuesday, April 25th “A-G-R Day” in the state of Iowa.One of the fraternity members carried Caleb into Vilsack’s office, and the fraternity members roared with laughter when the toddler said “Hi, Governor Tom.”
