Iowa Senator Chuck Grassley says he’ll be taking part in the panel discussion on reintegrating Russia into the Western Culture. Grassley says Russia’s new president provides a good opportunity to establish friendly relations.Grassley says for hundreds of years, people in Europe and North America have in many ways considered Russia to be more associated with the East.Members of the Russian Duma, that nation’s parliament, will also be taking part in today’s Washington D-C talks on how to further improve relations between our countries.
