The Loess Hills Alliance awarded 14-grants totaling 70-thousand dollars today. Alliance co-ordinator John Wills says the grants are awarded for economic development purposes.The grants went to projects in six of the seven Loess Hills counties. Wills says this is the first year for the grants.Wills says the money comes from the state infrastructure fund.
