Authorities have released the name of the man found dead on railroad tracks near Atlantic. The victim was 36-year-old Mark Kelly of Lincoln, Nebraska. Kelly was apparently riding on a rail car when he fell off and was run over by the train. Cass County’s Sheriff says the accident probably happened Tuesday night.
