An eastern Iowa courthouse is open this morning after it had to be cleared out during yesterday’s downpour.Parts of the Jones County Courthouse and Jail were evacuated after a downdraft sent smoke from an incinerator into the building. Some of the inmates were taken to a nearby Anamosa school.
