You don’t have to eat rats or know trivia. You just have to be sexy. The Fox television network is looking for a foxy Iowa man to take part in an upcoming two-hour special. The program “Sexiest Bachelor in America” will feature contestants from every state and they need a candidate from Iowa.Rebecca Herreros is a talent scout for Nash Entertainment in Hollywood, California, which is conducting the search for Fox T-V. Herreros says single Iowa men, between the ages of 21 and 40, are encouraged to try out for the competition.Each state winner will win a weeklong trip to Las Vegas, Nevada, where the show will be taped in September. It will air in October. To narrow down a winner from Iowa, Herreros says hopeful participants need to send the network a two-minute V-H-S videotape of themselves.She says top prizes include cars, trips and cash — and lots of publicity.
